Two Factor Authentication:

Volkswagen requires two-factor authentication, please install the Google Authenticator app on your phone before proceeding. After the Google Authenticator app has been successfully installed, follow the instructions to bind it to your Autel account.

6. After the Autel account is successfully bound, a 6-digit dynamic authentication code will be displayed on your phone. Please press Authenticate on the diagnostic device and enter the latest authentication code to unlock the SFD.

For successfully finish the two-factor authentication, make sure the email you used on AUTEL ID can receive emails, if not, please [Switch Account]
